Purchasing a product from Iness 

 

      • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' link -  - to delete items from your shopping bag.
      • Click on express interest in exploring the customization of the product by filling up a basic form explaining your interest if you have a better idea in customizing the design for you, we at Iness appreciate creativity. (See http://www.iness.in/as-designer for more details)

    Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

        You can browse through the collection without creating an account but in order to make a purchase and express your interest, you need to set up an account with us which is a pretty quick and hassle free process and it also helps us to know you better.

        To enjoy the numerous benefits simply click on 'SIGN IN' to fill in your details.

    Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

        While we strive to be as accurate as it gets with the colours of the products that appear on the site, we cannot guarantee that there will be no difference, as the colours sometimes vary from the screen resolution of the device used by you.

    Will you be able to ship to my country?

        As we ship worldwide we can make the shipment to anywhere irrespective of your residence, unless you live in Narnia.

    What Are Your Shipping Charges?

        The shipping charges vary from the volume of your selection and your geographic location, which you will be advised at the time of check out!

    What payment methods does Iness accept?

        We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Cash on Delivery and Net Banking options for a few selected areas.

    How long will I be waiting for my order?

        An approximate delivery time is always available with each product at Iness, but these are merely subjective, as sometimes due to unfavourable conditions delays might occur. We strive to get your product delivered to you as fast as possible but if we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same.

    Will I be able to track my order?

        Once the order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking code, along with the website link will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code may take 24 business hours to activate on the tracking website.

    How are you connected to Triveni Ethnics?

        TriveniEthnics.com and Iness.com are both a venture from the House of Triveni, where Triveni Ethnics is an e-commerce portal, Iness is a designer portal.

    Are All Your Products Genuine? Do You Sell Real Designer Wear?

        We guarantee that all products sold by us are genuine. All designer products sold will bear the original tag/label of the designer to assure its authenticity.

    Can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?

        Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different, but we won't be able to change the address once the item has been shipped.

    Do I Have To Pay Duties And Taxes?

        All custom duties and taxes are borne by the customer. The exact customs duty/tax payable can be checked with our customer service team upon request.

    What is the procedure to return a product?

        In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at support@iness.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. We would urge you to retain all the packaging material, original invoice and products until advised otherwise from our end.

        In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at support@iness.in within 24 hours business hours and we shall respond to your query within next 48 hours.

    Will I get a full refund if I return a product?

        Iness will refund the paid amount only if the order delivered is damaged or an incorrect order is delivered. No refund will be given if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error from our end, we can replace the product or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of Iness.
